Shipping and Refund Policy

If we have the product you order in stock (and we usually do) we will process and dispatch your order within 48 hours once payment has been received in full. In Winter there will be the odd time we are snowed in, in which case delivery may take a bit longer while it is unsafe to drive.

Damaged goods must be returned and replaced at our cost provided we are notified upon receipt of your damaged items.

 

   We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders. 

You can expect to receive your goods within 5 working days of having placed your order. We send Tracked by New Zealand Post unless specifically requested otherwise.
 
If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. Please ensure that you include your physical delivery address and/or Rural Delivery address at the time of making your order. 
 
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. Immunovet New Zealand Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if upon tracking with NZ Post the GPS information states that your package was delivered to your address. If you have not received it please report it to your respective Postie/Rural Delivery carrier.
